Notification of Intent to Develop Applications (NIDs)

Commissioned by WSP Environmental (Pty) Ltd to evaluate the proposed redevelopment of Duncan Dock, this included the demolition of the existing bulk storage warehouse and its replacement with a hardstanding for container storage, a smaller new bulk storage warehouse, and a remodeling and expansion of Berth D. The archaeological sensitivity of the development footprint was considered as well as the overall impact of the new building on the cultural landscape of the historic docklands.

Commissioned by the Department of Public Works to evaluate the historic footprint of the school, as well as evaluate the fabric of existing buildings, prior to redevelopment and partial demolition of buildings.
